In conjunction with Laytons LLP, acting on behalf of a major Sovereign Wealth Fund, AC was
asked to identify and liaise with a potential UK logistics business for acquisition or merger.
Auravana Food Consultancy thereafter introduced & established close liaison with a number of
targeted UK wide businesses including preliminary discussions with lawyers and bank sector
advisors to conclude a circa £100m investment. Negotiations are still on-going.
