Auravana offered consultancy services to Finedale Foods Ltd, a
premium party foods bakery specialist based in Norfolk with the brief to investigate,
develop & deliver new business within the wholesale sector namely Costco Wholesale UK.
Over 8 months new products have been developed for mini quiches, mini pies, canapes and
innovative new egg-based snacks. All of this new business is estimated to be worth circa
£1.2m turnover. At the same time Auravana Consulting has delivered advice
and support for online new branded business, operational improvement recommendations
and cost savings within logistics and packaging.
